Commissioning a Classroom Block in Kinoo HGM Comprehensive School, Kinoo Ward & Inspection of Ongoing Road Construction Works in Sigona Ward
kimani Ichung'wah and the Kikuyu NG-CDF team today joined the HGM Kinoo Comprehensive School fraternity for the commissioning of a modern six-classroom academic block.
The school, which is one of the only two primary schools in Kinoo Ward, continues to experience exponential growth in student population on account of its strategic location. It serves students from Kikuyu and the neighboring Kabete and Westlands constituencies.
The Classroom block is an invaluable addition to the school’s infrastructure and yet another testament to our commitment to upgrade all our schools into decent and dignified institutions for holistic learning and improved academic outcomes.
The MP and his team later toured Sigona ward to inspect ongoing construction works on the Acre Tano, Kerwa Shopping Centre, Chege Bituru and Kerwa Catholic Church roads. These are highly essential feeder roads for the residents of the Kerwa locality who mainly practice commercial farming as their source of livelihood. Upon completion, the roads will enable the seamless transportation of inputs to the farms and produce to the markets.
The residents were adviced to support and collaborate with the contractor to ensure smooth and timely completion of the project. We remain indefatigably committed to service delivery and development.
